What if it rains
We know beach weather can be unpredictable. If there's rain in the forecast, we’ll work with you to reschedule your booking. No refunds, but we’re super flexible with changes.
What time is my setup ready?
Your setup is available from 9 AM to 4 PM. We’ll text you when everything’s ready to go!
If you’d like to stay later, just let us know, we’ll send you a pay link for the extra time if our valets are available. Please note that extended time isn't always guaranteed.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve Belmar, Avon, and Spring Lake beaches. Just pick your town and preferred beach street during checkout.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes! If you need to switch your date, just reach out. We allow rescheduling anytime with 24 hour notice during the current season (subject to availability).
Can I tip the team?
Yes! 100% of tips go to the Cabana Co valets who make your beach day effortless. You can tip during checkout.
